SHIPPING

Orders will be confirmed and shipped within 2 business days of order subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you, and any delays in processing will be communicated.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via UPS ground, and shipped from Cues in Spokane, WA. Current online shipping rates are applicable to orders within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cues accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as Discover. Cues does not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for online purchases.

SALES TAX

Shipments to addresses within the state of Washington are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments outside of Washington are charged no sales tax.

RETURN/EXHCANGE POLICY

Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags attached. Shoes must remain in their original packaging. Cues will not accept returns of intimate apparel, jewelry, and fragrance items. Returns/Exchanges requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, via email to returns@cuesclothing.com. Upon approval of return, a Return Authorization will be sent via email to you. Please include this form along with original receipt in return package. Returned items must be received within 7 days of Return Authorization.

Returned merchandise will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
